  • Sprinkle generously with freshly ground sea salt

  • Pepper

  • 3 Cloves Garlic crushed

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cook for 24 Hours

  • Step 3

    Add ingredients to bag and seal

  • Step 4

    Sear in a hot cast iron pan - 30- 45 secs. Each side

  • Step 5

    Add 1 Tbsp butter for surface crustiness & flavor (optional)

      Let stand for 3-5 minutes

    • Step 1

      Slice (opposite the grain) and serve
