- 1 Tsp Thyme
- Sprinkle generously with freshly ground sea salt
- Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic crushed
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Cook for 24 Hours
- Add ingredients to bag and seal
- Sear in a hot cast iron pan - 30- 45 secs. Each side
- Add 1 Tbsp butter for surface crustiness & flavor (optional)
- Let stand for 3-5 minutes
- Slice (opposite the grain)
and serve
