  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Cook for 24 Hours
  3. Add ingredients to bag and seal
  4. Sear in a hot cast iron pan - 30- 45 secs. Each side
  5. Add 1 Tbsp butter for surface crustiness & flavor (optional)

  1. Let stand for 3-5 minutes
  2. Slice (opposite the grain) and serve
