  • 1/2 tbsp kampot pepper

  • Sea salt (to taste)

  • 25g Butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Sousvide at 130°F/54.4°C for 90mins (medium-rare). Ideal to batch cook.

  • Step 2

    Pat dry, sear and serve with grill vegetables or salad.
