Ingredients
- 2 x 80g beef tenderloin
- 1/2 tbsp kampot pepper
- Sea salt (to taste)
- 25g Butter
Directions
- Sousvide at 130°F/54.4°C for 90mins (medium-rare). Ideal to batch cook.
- Pat dry, sear and serve with grill vegetables or salad.
