    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

    • Searing

      Remove the meat from the sealed bag and lightly tamp the meat dry with a paper towel.

    • Step 1

      Depending on your personal taste, add butter or oil (avocado oil, olive oil, etc.) to a pan. Put the temperature to high until the butter or oil is lightly smoking.

    • Step 2

      Add meat to the pan searing all surfaces for approximately 30 seconds for each surface.
