Ingredients for 4
- 1 fresh sprig rosemary per steak 
- 1 fresh sprig thyme per steak 
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic per steak 
- S&P to taste 
- 4 - 1 1/2 inch thick filet 
- Real butter 
- Avocado oil 
Directions

                              Step 1Vacuum seal ingredients and place in fridge for a few hours. 
- 
                              Step 2Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 139.0ºF / 59.4ºC. 
- 
                              Step 3Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until meat reaches 130 degrees 
- 
                              Step 4Sear in butter 1 min each side, baste with melted butter while searing.

                              Step 0I use an enamel coated cast iron pan. Get nice and hot, add a couple tablespoons of avocado oil and two tablespoons salted butter.
