1 fresh sprig rosemary per steak
1 fresh sprig thyme per steak
1 Teaspoon minced garlic per steak
S&P to taste
4 - 1 1/2 inch thick filet
Real butter
Avocado oil
Directions

Step 1
Vacuum seal ingredients and place in fridge for a few hours.

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 139.0ºF / 59.4ºC.

Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until meat reaches 130 degrees

Sear in butter 1 min each side, baste with melted butter while searing.

I use an enamel coated cast iron pan. Get nice and hot, add a couple tablespoons of avocado oil and two tablespoons salted butter.
