Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

  • Step 2

    Trim filet is needed. Wrap with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick

  • Step 3

    Salt and pepper each side of filet

  • Step 4

    Place in ziplock bag

  • Step 5

    Add to water bath and cook

      Sear on flattop or grill.
