- Salt
- Pepper
- Bacon
- Toothpick
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Trim filet is needed. Wrap with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick
- Salt and pepper each side of filet
- Place in ziplock bag
- Add to water bath and cook
- Sear on flattop or grill.
