  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
  2. Trim filet is needed. Wrap with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick
  3. Salt and pepper each side of filet
  4. Place in ziplock bag
  5. Add to water bath and cook
