950 ml (1 qt) of high-proof alcohol (Everclear, or pure grain alcohol)
Mason jar with a lid
Grinder
Glass dropper
Coffee filters or cheesecloth

Finely grind your buds, decarboxylate them, combine the weed and alcohol in a jar, and close the lid tightly.
