Ingredients for 1

  • 1 t salt

  • 2 large potatoes russett

  • 1/2 t garlic powder

  • 1 t salt

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 1/2 t garlic powder

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 2oz heavy cream

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • 2oz heavy cream

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place bag into water bath and cook for 2 hours

  • Step 2

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.

  • Step 3

    Slice potatoes pencil thin

  • Step 4

    Place all ingredients in vacuum seal bag and spread into one thin layer. (Use all of the bag to lay potatoes flat)

  • Step 5

    Place bag into water bath and cook for 2 hours

    • Step 0

      Remove bag from water bath and mash potatoes inside bag. Mash as smooth as you desire.

    • Step 1

      Serve hot
