Directions

  1. Place bag into water bath and cook for 2 hours
  2. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
  3. Slice potatoes pencil thin
  4. Place all ingredients in vacuum seal bag and spread into one thin layer. (Use all of the bag to lay potatoes flat)
  5. Place bag into water bath and cook for 2 hours

  1. Remove bag from water bath and mash potatoes inside bag. Mash as smooth as you desire.
  2. Serve hot
