Ingredients
		- 1 t salt
 
		- 2 large potatoes russett
 
		- 1/2 t garlic powder
 
		- 1 t salt
 
		- 1/2 stick butter
 
		- 1/2 t garlic powder
 
		- 4oz cream cheese
 
		- 1/2 stick butter
 
		- 2oz heavy cream
 
		- 4oz cream cheese
 
		- 2oz heavy cream
 
	
Directions
		- Place bag into water bath and cook for 2 hours
 
		- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
 
		- Slice potatoes pencil thin
 
		- Place all ingredients in vacuum seal bag and spread into one thin layer. (Use all of the bag to lay potatoes flat)
 
		- Place bag into water bath and cook for 2 hours
 
	
								- Remove bag from water bath and mash potatoes inside bag.  Mash as smooth as you desire.
 
					- Serve hot
