Ingredients for 4
Pork Tenderloin
Bourbon - 1/4 Cup
Soy sauce - 1/4 Cup
Brown sugar - 2 TBS
Sour cream - 1/3 Cup
Mayonnaise - 1/3 Cup
Dry mustard powder - 1 TBS
Finely chopped green onion - 1 TBS
Vinegar - 1-1/2 TSP
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
pour soy sauce, bourbon and sprinkle brown sugar over pork tenderloin and marinate 5 to 6 hours in bag. Remove as much air as possible before placing back in refrigerator. Massage and flip through the bag each hour if possible.

Place bag in pre heated water and cook per recipe/desired doneness level

For sauce: stir together sour cream, mayo and mustard. add scallions, vinegar, salt and pepper. refrigerate 30 minutes before using.

Sear tenderloin in pan to brown outside. Serve with mustard sauce if desired.
