Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin
- Bourbon - 1/4 Cup
- Soy sauce - 1/4 Cup
- Brown sugar - 2 TBS
- Sour cream - 1/3 Cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/3 Cup
- Dry mustard powder - 1 TBS
- Finely chopped green onion - 1 TBS
- Vinegar - 1-1/2 TSP
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- pour soy sauce, bourbon and sprinkle brown sugar over pork tenderloin and marinate 5 to 6 hours in bag. Remove as much air as possible before placing back in refrigerator.
Massage and flip through the bag each hour if possible.
- Place bag in pre heated water and cook per recipe/desired doneness level
- For sauce:
stir together sour cream, mayo and mustard. add scallions, vinegar, salt and pepper. refrigerate 30 minutes before using.
Finishing Steps
- Sear tenderloin in pan to brown outside. Serve with mustard sauce if desired.
