Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 143.6ºF / 62.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Crush garlic and rosemary and add into sous vide bag with lamb.

  • Step 3

    Place into sous vide for 2hr 15mins

  • Step 4

    After timer has gone off. Rest meat for 10 minutes before carving
