Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 143.6ºF / 62.0ºC.
- Crush garlic and rosemary and add into sous vide bag with lamb.
- Place into sous vide for 2hr 15mins
- After timer has gone off. Rest meat for 10 minutes before carving
