Ripe plantains
Frangelico
Cinamon
Brown sugar
Cloves
Butter

Step 1
Peel the plantains

Servín the vacuum bag, 3 plantains. With old spice, Clove, 5 teaspoon of sugar, cinamon and 100ml of frangelico.

Cook for 6 hours at the recommended temperature.

Step 4
After cook, slice and fry with butter in a pan. Ad more frangelico for extra taste!

Serve with cheese.
