Ingredients for 4

  • Ripe plantains

  • Frangelico

  • Cinamon

  • Brown sugar

  • Cloves

  • Butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel the plantains

  • Step 2

    Servín the vacuum bag, 3 plantains. With old spice, Clove, 5 teaspoon of sugar, cinamon and 100ml of frangelico.

  • Step 3

    Cook for 6 hours at the recommended temperature.

  • Step 4

    After cook, slice and fry with butter in a pan. Ad more frangelico for extra taste!

  • Step 5

    Serve with cheese.
