  1. Peel the plantains
  2. ServĂ­n the vacuum bag, 3 plantains. With old spice, Clove, 5 teaspoon of sugar, cinamon and 100ml of frangelico.
  3. Cook for 6 hours at the recommended temperature.
  4. After cook, slice and fry with butter in a pan. Ad more frangelico for extra taste!
  5. Serve with cheese.
