Ingredients
- Ripe plantains
- Frangelico
- Cinamon
- Brown sugar
- Cloves
- Butter
Directions
- Peel the plantains
- ServĂn the vacuum bag, 3 plantains. With old spice, Clove, 5 teaspoon of sugar, cinamon and 100ml of frangelico.
- Cook for 6 hours at the recommended temperature.
- After cook, slice and fry with butter in a pan. Ad more frangelico for extra taste!
- Serve with cheese.
