Ingredients for 5

  • 5 lb Beef Top Round Steak

  • Marshalls Creek Spices Outback Steakhouse No Salt Steak Rub

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season top round steak with Marshalls Creek Spices Outback Steakhouse No Salt Rub

  • Step 2

    Place seasoned beef into sealer bag or Zip-Lock bag, evacuating as much air as possible without losing the juices.

  • Step 3

    Set sous vide device to 132 degrees for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Place sealed beef into sous vide tank or pot. Allow to cook for 24 hours.

  • Step 5

    Using a large heavy bottom skillet, heat canola or olive oil under high heat.

  • Step 6

    Add another layer of rub to the beef after removing it from the sealing bag.

  • Step 7

    Sear the meat in the skillet for one minute per side. You will get a nice char on the outside.

  • Step 8

    Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
