  1. Season top round steak with Marshalls Creek Spices Outback Steakhouse No Salt Rub
  2. Place seasoned beef into sealer bag or Zip-Lock bag, evacuating as much air as possible without losing the juices.
  3. Set sous vide device to 132 degrees for 24 hours.
  4. Place sealed beef into sous vide tank or pot. Allow to cook for 24 hours.
  5. Using a large heavy bottom skillet, heat canola or olive oil under high heat.
  6. Add another layer of rub to the beef after removing it from the sealing bag.
  7. Sear the meat in the skillet for one minute per side. You will get a nice char on the outside.
  8. Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
