- 5 lb Beef Top Round Steak
- Marshalls Creek Spices Outback Steakhouse No Salt Steak Rub
Directions
- Season top round steak with Marshalls Creek Spices Outback Steakhouse No Salt Rub
- Place seasoned beef into sealer bag or Zip-Lock bag, evacuating as much air as possible without losing the juices.
- Set sous vide device to 132 degrees for 24 hours.
- Place sealed beef into sous vide tank or pot. Allow to cook for 24 hours.
- Using a large heavy bottom skillet, heat canola or olive oil under high heat.
- Add another layer of rub to the beef after removing it from the sealing bag.
- Sear the meat in the skillet for one minute per side. You will get a nice char on the outside.
- Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
