  • 4 ounce lobster tail

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • One fresh sprig of tarragon or 1 teaspoon of dried tarragon

  • Fresh parsley

      When done take out lobster and pour the juices from the bag on top of the Lobster. Serve with a slice of lemon and clarified butter for dipping
