Lobster Tails
This is a delicious recipe for my wife, Anne Marie who loves lobster tails.

Ingredients
- 4 ounce lobster tail
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- One fresh sprig of tarragon or 1 teaspoon of dried tarragon
- Fresh parsley
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
Finishing Steps
- When done take out lobster and pour the juices from the bag on top of the Lobster.
Serve with a slice of lemon and clarified butter for dipping
