  • Squeeze of lemon

  • One tail per person

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Put tails in boiling water for about 1 minute. Chill and remove shells. Put tails in bag with butter and a little lemon.

  • Step 3

    No finishing needed,just chop and make rolls or heat and serve with butter and lemon.

      To reheat,put tails in simmering water for a couple minutes.
