Ingredients
- Pat of butter
- Squeeze of lemon
- One tail per person
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Put tails in boiling water for about 1 minute. Chill and remove shells. Put tails in bag with butter and a little lemon.
- No finishing needed,just chop and make rolls or heat and serve with butter and lemon.
- To reheat,put tails in simmering water for a couple minutes.
