Ingredients for 1

  • 50g Butter

  • 1 large Egg Yolk

  • Juice of half a lime (~10ml)

  • Paprika (pinch)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a sous vide bag Seal Cook @ 57°C for 1 Hour

  • Step 2

    Pour into a container and blend with a stick blender Serve or keep warm in a preheated thermos flask
