Ingredients
- 50g Butter
- 1 large Egg Yolk
- Juice of half a lime (~10ml)
- Paprika (pinch)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a sous vide bag
Seal
Cook @ 57°C for 1 Hour
- Pour into a container and blend with a stick blender
Serve or keep warm in a preheated thermos flask
