Ingredients for 2
1 Cup Gin/Vodka/ etc.
1/4 cup fresh lilac blossoms
Directions

Step 1
Fill ziploc bag or jar with alcohol.

Step 2
Add the lilac blossoms (only the flowers. Try to get rid of all green bits). The blossoms are better picked in the morning when they have a higher water content.

Step 3
Add to Sous Vide at 130 for one hour and submerge bag/jar.

Remove from water and let cool.

Step 5
Strain lilac blossoms and enjoy!
