Lilac Infused Gin/Vodka

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Gin/Vodka/ etc.
- 1/4 cup fresh lilac blossoms
Directions
- Fill ziploc bag or jar with alcohol.
- Add the lilac blossoms (only the flowers. Try to get rid of all green bits).
The blossoms are better picked in the morning when they have a higher water content.
- Add to Sous Vide at 130 for one hour and submerge bag/jar.
- Remove from water and let cool.
- Strain lilac blossoms and enjoy!
