Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill ziploc bag or jar with alcohol.
  2. Add the lilac blossoms (only the flowers. Try to get rid of all green bits). The blossoms are better picked in the morning when they have a higher water content.
  3. Add to Sous Vide at 130 for one hour and submerge bag/jar.
  4. Remove from water and let cool.
  5. Strain lilac blossoms and enjoy!
