Salt and pepper chicken

Top each thigh with Basil leaf, Rosemary sprig, and lemon slice

Insert and seal in vacuum-sealed bag or in ziploc using immersion method

Insert bags into bath for 2 hours

Cover with foil to optimize temperature and minimize evaporation

Remove chicken from bag reserving juices

Season with lemon garlic seasoning
