5 egg yorks
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Directions

Step 1
1. Zest lemons and measure out 2 tablespoons.

In blender or food processor mix the sugar and lemon zest until it has infused.

Add lemon juice to running blender.

Add egg yolks one at a time.

5. Add cooled melted butter.

Strain mixture and place into mason jars.

Cook for 1 hour.
