Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 154.4ºF / 68.0ºC.

Wash the meat

Put it in the vacuum bag with all the ingredients

Wait, look at it, drink a coffee, look foreard to it, sleep... watch it again.

Take it out!

Open it and poor the juice in a pan and reduce it to a nice “font”
