  • 1 leg of lamb

  • Rosemary

  • Sun dried red pepper

  • Maldon salt

  • Love and time

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 154.4ºF / 68.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Wash the meat

  • Step 3

    Put it in the vacuum bag with all the ingredients

  • Step 4

    Wait, look at it, drink a coffee, look foreard to it, sleep... watch it again.

  • Step 5

    Take it out!

  • Step 6

    Open it and poor the juice in a pan and reduce it to a nice “font”

  • Step 7

    This is just an idea but you can do with it whatever you like off course :)
