  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 154.4ºF / 68.0ºC.
  2. Wash the meat
  3. Put it in the vacuum bag with all the ingredients
  4. Wait, look at it, drink a coffee, look foreard to it, sleep... watch it again.
  5. Take it out!
  6. Open it and poor the juice in a pan and reduce it to a nice “font”
  7. This is just an idea but you can do with it whatever you like off course :)
  8. My sous-vide prepared lamb stew :D
