Delicious med to medium rare lamb shoulder chop. Minimal seasoning brings out best flavoring of the lamb! Finish with rosemary garlic butter for extra zam!

Ingredients for 2

  • 2 lamb shoulder chops

  • Fresh thyme

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Rosemary garlic butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Salt and pepper both sides of shoulder chop

  • Step 3

    Place 2-4 sprigs of Tyne and rosemary on 1 side

  • Step 4

    Vacuum pack individually

  • Step 5

    Place in Sous vide 132° for 2 hours

    • Grill High Heat

    • Step 1

      Sear 2 min each side

    • Step 2

      Add tsp of rosemary garlic butter

    • Step 3

      Serve and enjoy
