Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Salt and pepper both sides of shoulder chop
  3. Place 2-4 sprigs of Tyne and rosemary on 1 side
  4. Vacuum pack individually
  5. Place in Sous vide 132° for 2 hours

Grill High Heat

  1. Sear 2 min each side
  2. Add tsp of rosemary garlic butter
  3. Serve and enjoy
