Delicious med to medium rare lamb shoulder chop. Minimal seasoning brings out best flavoring of the lamb! Finish with rosemary garlic butter for extra zam!

Ingredients
- 2 lamb shoulder chops
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary garlic butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Salt and pepper both sides of shoulder chop
- Place 2-4 sprigs of Tyne and rosemary on 1 side
- Vacuum pack individually
- Place in Sous vide 132° for 2 hours
Grill High Heat
- Sear 2 min each side
- Add tsp of rosemary garlic butter
- Serve and enjoy
