1 Leg of Lamb
85g Mustard Powder
14g Salt
10g Pepper
Directions

Step 1
Cut skin of lamb (crosses both ways)

Mix spices and rub into the lamb

Step 3
Put the lamb in a vacuum bag and Sous Vide for a minimum of 22hrs

If using for pancakes - serve

If using for a roast - Sear in the oven for 15mins
