Ingredients
- 1 Leg of Lamb
- 85g Mustard Powder
- 14g Salt
- 10g Pepper
Directions
- Cut skin of lamb (crosses both ways)
- Mix spices and rub into the lamb
- Put the lamb in a vacuum bag and Sous Vide for a minimum of 22hrs
- If using for pancakes - serve
- If using for a roast - Sear in the oven for 15mins
