Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut skin of lamb (crosses both ways)
  2. Mix spices and rub into the lamb
  3. Put the lamb in a vacuum bag and Sous Vide for a minimum of 22hrs
  4. If using for pancakes - serve
  5. If using for a roast - Sear in the oven for 15mins
