Ingredients for 0
1 tbsp Filipino sinigang mix (or tamarind powder) mixed with 1/2 tbsp water
1 tbsp veg oil
1/2 bottle heffeweizen (wheat beer) (approx 1 cup)
1.5 tbsp orange blossom honey
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Lamb rib chops

Step 1
Mix veg oil + tamarind

Step 2
Add remaining ingredients to tamarind oil paste.

Put lamb rib chops into bag & add marinade.

Place in sous vide for 90 mins

Step 5
Sear on cast iron skillet with a little bit of vegetable oil on medium high heat to caramelize. Serve immediately
