Ingredients for 0

  • 1 tbsp Filipino sinigang mix (or tamarind powder) mixed with 1/2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp veg oil

  • 1/2 bottle heffeweizen (wheat beer) (approx 1 cup)

  • 1.5 tbsp orange blossom honey

  • 4 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • Lamb rib chops

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix veg oil + tamarind

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients to tamarind oil paste.

  • Step 3

    Put lamb rib chops into bag & add marinade.

  • Step 4

    Place in sous vide for 90 mins

  • Step 5

    Sear on cast iron skillet with a little bit of vegetable oil on medium high heat to caramelize. Serve immediately
