  1. Mix veg oil + tamarind
  2. Add remaining ingredients to tamarind oil paste.
  3. Put lamb rib chops into bag & add marinade.
  4. Place in sous vide for 90 mins
  5. Sear on cast iron skillet with a little bit of vegetable oil on medium high heat to caramelize. Serve immediately
