Ingredients for 4

  • 8 Lamb Loin Chops, 1 1/2” thick, frozen

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place peeled garlic, rosemary and pepper to cooking bag. Using a meat pounder or rolling pin, crush the seasonings.

  • Step 2

    Add frozen meat to the bag, all oil, distribute seasonings and oil by lightly massaging the bag.

  • Step 3

    Seal the bag.

  • Step 4

    Place in water, set Anova timer temp to 135 and cook for 4 hours.

  • Step 5

    Remove bag from water, remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper toweling.

  • Step 6

    Heat bbq or cast iron skillet and sear meat on all sides, including sides of chops. Allow to rest for 10 minutes under a foil tent.
