Ingredients
- 8 Lamb Loin Chops, 1 1/2” thick, frozen
Directions
- Place peeled garlic, rosemary and pepper to cooking bag. Using a meat pounder or rolling pin, crush the seasonings.
- Add frozen meat to the bag, all oil, distribute seasonings and oil by lightly massaging the bag.
- Seal the bag.
- Place in water, set Anova timer temp to 135 and cook for 4 hours.
- Remove bag from water, remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper toweling.
- Heat bbq or cast iron skillet and sear meat on all sides, including sides of chops. Allow to rest for 10 minutes under a foil tent.
