Directions

  1. Place peeled garlic, rosemary and pepper to cooking bag. Using a meat pounder or rolling pin, crush the seasonings.
  2. Add frozen meat to the bag, all oil, distribute seasonings and oil by lightly massaging the bag.
  3. Seal the bag.
  4. Place in water, set Anova timer temp to 135 and cook for 4 hours.
  5. Remove bag from water, remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper toweling.
  6. Heat bbq or cast iron skillet and sear meat on all sides, including sides of chops. Allow to rest for 10 minutes under a foil tent.
