  • Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic Powder. Both sides One tab of butter Put rosemary and thyme on top of meat

  • Step 3

    Vacuum the air out with a vacuum sealer

  • Step 4

    Place in Sous Vide cooker

    • Stove top skillet

    • Step 0

      Heat skillet for five minutes add olive oil add lamb chops Seer for 30 seconds aside

    • Step 1

      Serve with mashed potatoes, peas and top with mushroom herb gravy or mint sauce
