Ingredients
- Lamb loin chops
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic Powder. Both sides
One tab of butter
Put rosemary and thyme on top of meat
- Vacuum the air out with a vacuum sealer
- Place in Sous Vide cooker
Stove top skillet
- Heat skillet for five minutes add olive oil add lamb chops Seer for 30 seconds aside
- Serve with mashed potatoes, peas and top with mushroom herb gravy or mint sauce
