Ingredients for 8
Lamb leg (~1.5kg)
Garlic
Mixed herbs or fresh rosemary
Cumin
Salt and pepper
Onion
Butter
Directions

Step 1
Chop a whole garlic into small chunks and mix well with herbs, cumin, salt and pepper

Cover the lamb leg well with the mixture and put it into the water bath

After 6 hours, let it rest for 10 minutes while you preparing the sauce.

Warm up the butter and add in the chopped onion when it's sizzling.

Step 5
Stir fry the onion until its brown colour. Add in the lamb leg and sear each side for 1 min.

Finally add in the juice from the bag into the pan to warm it up. Serve the sauce separately.
