Lamb leg with butter onion

Ingredients
- Lamb leg (~1.5kg)
- Garlic
- Mixed herbs or fresh rosemary
- Cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Onion
- Butter
Directions
- Chop a whole garlic into small chunks and mix well with herbs, cumin, salt and pepper
- Cover the lamb leg well with the mixture and put it into the water bath
- After 6 hours, let it rest for 10 minutes while you preparing the sauce.
- Warm up the butter and add in the chopped onion when it's sizzling.
- Stir fry the onion until its brown colour. Add in the lamb leg and sear each side for 1 min.
- Finally add in the juice from the bag into the pan to warm it up. Serve the sauce separately.
