Ingredients for 2

  • 1-2 lamb leg steaks

  • 1 tbsp Lemon olive oil

  • 1tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Kinders Buttery Garlic and Herb Seasoning

  • Trader Joe’s Herbs de Provence (heavy sprinkle, 2-4tbsp)

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1-2 Sprig(s) of fresh mint

Directions

  • Step 1

    Rub lamb with seasonings and olive oil

  • Step 2

    Add seasoned lamb to ziploc, top with a sprig or two of mint

  • Step 3

    Seal and marinate for up to 24 hours

  • Step 4

    An hour before cooking, let the lamb rest on the counter to come to room temperature

  • Step 5

    Bring the sous vide to temperature, and add the lamb

      Blot gently with paper towels to remove surface moisture

    • Step 1

      Sear or broil on a hot grill or cast iron skillet

    • Step 2

      Baste with butter

    • Step 3

      Let rest for ~10 minutes before slicing.
