Ingredients for 2
1-2 lamb leg steaks
1 tbsp Lemon olive oil
1tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
2 tbsp Kinders Buttery Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Trader Joe’s Herbs de Provence (heavy sprinkle, 2-4tbsp)
Pepper to taste
1-2 Sprig(s) of fresh mint
Directions

Step 1
Rub lamb with seasonings and olive oil

Step 2
Add seasoned lamb to ziploc, top with a sprig or two of mint

Step 3
Seal and marinate for up to 24 hours

Step 4
An hour before cooking, let the lamb rest on the counter to come to room temperature

Step 5
Bring the sous vide to temperature, and add the lamb

Finishing Steps

Blot gently with paper towels to remove surface moisture

Sear or broil on a hot grill or cast iron skillet

Baste with butter

Let rest for ~10 minutes before slicing.
