Ingredients
- 1-2 lamb leg steaks
- 1 tbsp Lemon olive oil
- 1tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Kinders Buttery Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- Trader Joe’s Herbs de Provence (heavy sprinkle, 2-4tbsp)
- Pepper to taste
- 1-2 Sprig(s) of fresh mint
Directions
- Rub lamb with seasonings and olive oil
- Add seasoned lamb to ziploc, top with a sprig or two of mint
- Seal and marinate for up to 24 hours
- An hour before cooking, let the lamb rest on the counter to come to room temperature
- Bring the sous vide to temperature, and add the lamb
Finishing Steps
- Blot gently with paper towels to remove surface moisture
- Sear or broil on a hot grill or cast iron skillet
- Baste with butter
- Let rest for ~10 minutes before slicing.
