  • 1/2 c lo-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 TBS ginger

  • 2 TBS sugar

  • 3TBS Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 1TBS dark sesame oil

  • 4 Garlic cloves minced

  • 1 TBS red pepper flakes

  • 5-5 Lb pork tenderloin

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Make the marinade and pour over the large roast in a cooking bag, seal

  • Step 3

    Place the sealed bag into warm water bath and cook for 3 & 1/2 hours

    • Step 0

      Place in a hot oven 425 until brown
