Ingredients
- 1/2 c lo-sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS ginger
- 2 TBS sugar
- 3TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1TBS dark sesame oil
- 4 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 TBS red pepper flakes
- 5-5 Lb pork tenderloin
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.
- Make the marinade and pour over the large roast in a cooking bag, seal
- Place the sealed bag into warm water bath and cook for 3 & 1/2 hours
- Place in a hot oven 425 until brown
