Ingredients for 3
1/2 cup of Mirin
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of soy sauce
3 cups of water
2~3 sticks of chopped green onion
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp of minced ginger
2 tsp of sesame oil
1kg of LA kalbi meat
Directions

Step 1
Add 1 tbsp of mirin in a bowl of water. Then, add the LA ribs and wait 30~45 min to let the blood drain from the meat.

Step 2
Rinse the meat and combine all the ingredients into the right sized bowl. Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours. - decent : 2~3 hrs - better : 4~7 hrs - best : 12~36 hrs

Step 3
After marinating, pour the meat and the sauce into a bag and sous vide for 11 hours and 30 min to 12 hours at 75*C.
