Ingredients for 0
5-6 bone in short ribs
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
Half and onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed

Step 1
First combine all seasonings together and season short ribs generously

Step 2
Get a pan very hot and sear the short ribs. You wanna make sure you get a nice crust.

Step 3
Once short ribs are seared place them in the bag with soy sauce, water, onion and garlic and seal. Then place in water bath for 24

Step 4
Once short ribs are done gently take them out of the bag. Serve however you want!! I like to brush em with a spicy Asian style bbq and serve it with pickled carrots or some rice?? Or even a wasabi edamame purée. Balls in your court!!! Have fun
