Korean Bbq Short Ribs

Ingredients
- 5-6 bone in short ribs
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- Half and onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
Directions
- First combine all seasonings together and season short ribs generously
- Get a pan very hot and sear the short ribs. You wanna make sure you get a nice crust.
- Once short ribs are seared place them in the bag with soy sauce, water, onion and garlic and seal. Then place in water bath for 24
- Once short ribs are done gently take them out of the bag. Serve however you want!! I like to brush em with a spicy Asian style bbq and serve it with pickled carrots or some rice?? Or even a wasabi edamame purée. Balls in your court!!! Have fun
