  1. First combine all seasonings together and season short ribs generously
  2. Get a pan very hot and sear the short ribs. You wanna make sure you get a nice crust.
  3. Once short ribs are seared place them in the bag with soy sauce, water, onion and garlic and seal. Then place in water bath for 24
  4. Once short ribs are done gently take them out of the bag. Serve however you want!! I like to brush em with a spicy Asian style bbq and serve it with pickled carrots or some rice?? Or even a wasabi edamame purée. Balls in your court!!! Have fun
